Consult
We meet, talk, and listen. The initial consultation is an exciting process of discovery. You will be interacting with one of our expert remodeling specialists who is knowledgeable about design, zoning, building laws, and the full pre-construction phase. You will talk about your new project's goals, design ideas, and preferences, as well as budgeting and schedules. We will also introduce you to our extensive library of resources and lead you through the design process.
Discover
The design process begins with assessing the existing area, listening to your feedback, and working with our designer to come up with concepts that are consistent with your style, budget, and schedules. We can generate realistic 3D renderings and video walk-throughs that bring the project to life, allowing you to completely imagine the space before it is created. Once the design is complete, we will go over the material specifications in detail to create a thorough Scope of Work and Construction Contract that can be performed in the next stage.
Plan
The construction drawings are finished, as well as the site plan for the Building Permit submittal. During this time, you will begin to collaborate with one of our knowledgeable Selections Coordinators to narrow down your options for fixtures and finishes that complement your style and budget. Your options and choices are done in a systematic manner that adheres to the dates established in the YZM Construction Schedule.
Build
We are now ready to make your fantasy a reality, with the construction plans and selections finished and all permissions in place. Our Project Manager will create a construction schedule that contains all of the anticipated work dates. Our project manager is responsible for buying and receiving materials, managing a team of craftsmen and trade specialists, coordinating inspections, and assuring project quality. We will handle your home with utmost care and respect, and we will construct your dream to a higher standard.
